### 项目、内容与日常工作

- **讨论管理后台是否需要拆分独立项目**：Penn_Lam 询问管理后台是否要拆分，Codex 认为现在不值得独立成项目。双方最终倾向先做代码边界拆分，继续共享主站能力，并等待更明确的独立团队、部署或隔离需求再拆。（来源条目 #895）
- **拆解母 Issue 为多个 sub-issues**：Penn_Lam 要求拆解任务，Codex 随即将工作分成 4 个 sub-issues，并关联到母 Issue #122。拆分内容覆盖 Zipic Skill、上传链路、CI 图片校验和 OSS 缓存修复。（来源条目 #896）
